The 5S Process, or simply “5S”, is a structured program to systematically achieve total organization, cleanliness, and standardization in the workplace. A well-organized workplace results in a safer, more efficient, and more productive operation. It boosts the morale of the workers, promoting a sense of pride in their work and ownership of their responsibilities.

Taking pride in ones work as well as the place in which you work shows other the type of person you truly are being well organized and neat make that show in your work too.

I am anal about neatness it drives everyone in my life crazy, but thats who I am and I am not changing, one has to be organized and then things just flow and go according to plan, and things get done.
