		<description>We've just started Data Governance at our organization and things are certainly changing.  There is now more of a focus of finding root cause and getting the process right, I love it.

The field I'm in, Data Governance, is all about getting to the heart of the issue, and I use many DMAIC tools in my day-to-day analysis.</description>
