Here here are videos (in “RealPlayer” format) that describe the Games:
The Dice Game can be useful in explaining variability as well as several other Lean Six Sigma concepts, such as Kanban and the Theory of Constraints (ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&q=TOC&btnG=Search&cx=partner-pub-3820832056591464%3A8vu6mif8mj7">TOC).
There is also a short video (in “RealPlayer format) showing how to do the Dice Game, at this link
The Bean Game can be completed in as little as an hour, and is useful for demonstrating some of the concepts of the Theory of Constraints.
