This is the first 10 minutes of an introduction to Six Sigma strategies video from APS. It explains Six Sigma’s DMAIC strategy in simple non-technical terms using the familiar setting of a pizza restaurant business. It shows that Six Sigma tools can be used in almost any process setting, not just manufacturing. The whole video is available from Access Process Solutions. 4aps.com

We use a lot of six sigma tools in our work place. I was involved in a six sigma project that took about 6 months to complete….it was a very complex project. I only worked on one tiny aspect of the entire project, but got more than I bargained for! Very effective methodology!
